1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CreditSphere, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals residing in India who hold a valid PAN and a mobile number registered in their own name. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep it updated.

3. Description of service

CreditSphere lets you check your credit score and report from participating credit bureaus, view personalised insights to improve your credit health, track credit accounts and enquiries, and receive related alerts. Some features may be offered as paid plans as described on our Pricing page.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact details below if you suspect unauthorised access.

You authorise CreditSphere to fetch your credit information from the bureaus on your behalf, based on the OTP-verified consent you provide at the time of each request.

5. Communications you agree to receive

By registering, you consent to receive OTPs, account and security alerts, and service updates from us over SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notification and voice/IVR calls, including where these are sent through our messaging and telecom partners.

You may separately opt in to promotional communications, and may opt out of them at any time without affecting transactional messages required to operate your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use CreditSphere only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or another user's account; reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the service; or use the platform to submit false, misleading or someone else's information without authorisation.

7. Accuracy of bureau data

Credit scores and reports are generated and provided by third-party credit bureaus, not by CreditSphere. While we display this data faithfully, we are not responsible for inaccuracies in bureau data. If you spot an error, you should raise a dispute with the relevant bureau; we can help you locate the right process.

8. Subscriptions, payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

9. Intellectual property

All content, design, trademarks and software on https://creditsphere.in are owned by or licensed to Servshield Technology Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from our platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

CreditSphere provides its services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lending, credit or financial decisions you make based on information shown on the platform.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CreditSphere and its officers, employees and partners harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.

14. Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint about our services, first write to us at hello@creditsphere.in. If unresolved, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer at the address listed in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CreditSphere after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will always display the latest revision date at the top of this page.
